CONTEXT

Celco is a BCA producer, one of the biggest players on the Romanian market. The company is based in Constanta, Romania and opened the discussion about their desire to organize a teambuilding and reward it’s hard-working employees.

SOLUTION

Since the company is based near the Black Sea, it was an easy task to guess that the best location to propose to Celco was the Carpathian Mountains. In order to satisfy their need for newness and excitement, we organized a one-day off-road tour through the Bucegi Mountains, followed by 10 pit stops in key touristy points.
